Requirements
Must:
- 5+ years of SQL Server development experience (T-SQL, stored procedures, optimization).
- Strong background in real-time data environments and industrial telemetry.
- Passion for innovation and making data work harder in a manufacturing context.
- Familiarity with Industry 4.0 / Smart Factory concepts or demonstrable interest and the ability to adapt to these challenges.
- Experience working in Agile teams delivering incremental improvements.
Responsibilities
- Developing and optimizing SQL Server solutions to support real-time data feeds from machines, sensors, and production lines.
- Managing and enhancing time series data pipelines to power predictive analytics and performance monitoring.
- Working on push notifications, protocols, and query optimization to keep data fast, clean, and actionable.
- Driving the migration to Microsoft Fabric, focusing on KQL (Azure Data Explorer/Fabric Real-Time Analytics).
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver scalable, high-value solutions.
- Supporting reporting and analytics - Power BI now, Microsoft Fabric in the future.
