Requirements
Must:
- I am looking for strong experience in back-end development, ideally with Java and/or Python.
- I require front-end development experience using JavaScript and React.
- I expect good knowledge of relational databases and familiarity with both Linux and Microsoft environments.
- I value familiarity with secure DevOps principles and containerization tools (e.g., Docker).
- I need a confident communicator with strong documentation and solution design skills.
- I seek an analytical mindset with demonstrable experience solving complex problems.
- I prefer candidates with a degree in a technical or numerate discipline such as Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering.
Responsibilities
- I want my new hire to design, build, and test complex full-stack applications using Java and React.
- I expect them to develop secure software solutions, integrating open-source and proprietary technologies.
- I want someone to contribute to API design and system architecture for private cloud and air-gapped environments.
- I need them to work closely with end-users, solution architects, and academic partners to deliver user-focused systems.
- I expect the implementation of DevOps practices including containerization (Docker) and CI/CD pipelines.
- I would like them to support software deployments in both internal and client environments.
- I prioritize the production of well-documented, testable code while maintaining strong configuration control.
