Requirements
Must:
We are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Engineer with in-depth experience in virtual environments (VMware) and a strong knowledge of email services, including Microsoft Exchange, spam filtering, cloud messaging, and continuity services. You should have advanced Windows OS administration skills, encompassing Active Directory, Group Policies, user/group management, and PowerShell. Extensive experience with server and storage hardware (NAS, SAN) is required, along with a solid understanding of IT Security, including antivirus, hard drive encryption, and client hardening. Familiarity with high availability environments, including clustering and disaster recovery, is essential. A strong technical understanding of IP network fundamentals is necessary, and you must also be eligible to achieve Direct Vetted Status (DV).
Responsibilities
In this role, you will provide hands-on technical infrastructure support and manage both internal and customer systems. You'll participate in global IT infrastructure projects, including migrations, implementations, and rollouts. Your responsibilities will also involve maintaining and supporting corporate and customer servers, networks, and IT equipment, ensuring that server builds and networks comply with security policies and standards. Additionally, you'll be tasked with managing our email infrastructure, including Exchange, spam filtering, and mobile device management (MDM).
