Requirements
Must:
We expect you to have a strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web design. Experience with WordPress themes and plugins, as well as proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, is essential. You should be able to balance marketing goals, client needs, and usability best practices effectively. Strong communication and organizational skills are important, along with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Experience in UX/UI research methods, such as user testing and contextual inquiry, is a plus. A qualification in a design or technical discipline or a strong portfolio of relevant work is required. Additionally, you should be able to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Responsibilities
As a UX/UI Front-End Web Designer, you will design and develop engaging, responsive web solutions across multiple browsers and devices. You will work with WordPress themes and plugins to enhance website functionality and develop CSS/HTML/JavaScript code to build and enhance CMS templates. Conducting user research, testing, and analysis to improve user experience will also be part of your role. You will contribute innovative design concepts and UX/UI strategies through storyboarding and workshops, maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms, and collaborate with developers, designers, and marketing teams. Implementing industry best practices to drive high-performing websites will be a key focus of yours.
