Requirements
Must:
- Preferably educated to graduate level with a bachelors degree in business, computer science, or a related field
- Proven experience working as a product manager or in a similar role
- Proven experience in digital marketing strategies and tools (CMS, SEO/AEO/GEO, analytics, AB testing, personalization, automation, ecommerce)
- Experience building products from 0 to 1 and proving market fit rapidly
- Experience helping a business successfully adopt AI and other modern digital technologies
- Experience working with designers on product discovery
- Experience in Property or Financial services
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product management practices
- Knowledge of agile planning tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence)
Responsibilities
- Conduct market analysis and user research in collaboration with the marketing team to identify customer needs and market opportunities
- Monitor and stay abreast of new technologies such as AI to inform product vision
- Lead the definition of the product strategy aligned with business objectives to improve web estate ROI
- Analyze data and engage with customers to gather feedback and ensure product alignment with customer needs and business objectives
- Gather and document epics, features, and user stories while prioritizing the backlog
- Develop and maintain an outcome-based product roadmap and contribute to business cases for resourcing and tools
- Lead and inspire a cross-functional team of engineering, design, and stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle
- Collaborate with 3rd party, marketing, and other business teams for successful product launches
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success
- Test, learn, and iterate quickly to prove service viability
- Facilitate product demos and user acceptance testing activities
- Support various agile ceremonies such as backlog refinement, sprint planning, and retrospectives
Description
We are looking for a Product Owner Marketing to join our Group Technology team in Milton Keynes. You will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering a cutting-edge, AI-enabled digital experience for our customers. We offer a hybrid working arrangement with 2 days per week in our office in Milton Keynes, along with regular travel to our London offices.
