Requirements
Must:
- Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, routing, switching)
- Firewalls, VPNs, and network security
- Experience with Cisco, Fortinet, Juniper, or similar technologies
- Familiarity with network monitoring tools
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to develop networking and security skills
Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting network and connectivity issues
- Supporting routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs
- Monitoring network performance and responding to alerts
- Assisting with network installations, upgrades, and maintenance
- Collaborating with end users and internal team members to resolve technical issues
- Contributing to documentation and service improvements
Description
