Requirements
Must:
We are looking for candidates who have experience in cloud engineering and a strong background in virtualization technologies. Proficiency in Chinese is preferred, as communication in this language will be beneficial. Candidates should be prepared to work on-site in London on a weekly basis.
Responsibilities
In this role, I expect you to quickly identify the root cause of failures and performance issues, implementing immediate solutions and providing detailed analyses and processing reports. You will develop and implement periodic inspection plans for data centers, optimizing execution efficiency with automated tools and scripts. Additionally, you will guide customers in creating daily operation and maintenance management strategies for data center and desktop virtualization. Regular updates and optimizations of the virtualization infrastructure will be part of your duties to ensure optimal security and system performance. You will also be responsible for managing and coordinating with the manufacturer's Tier 2 and Tier 3 engineers to collaboratively solve complex problems.

This hands-on operational role requires a commitment to resolving incidents promptly while maintaining high standards of service.
