Requirements
Must:
- Previous experience in an IT support role (essential)
- Strong working knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365
- Methodical and logical problem-solving skills
- Strong administrative skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities
- Log, prioritise and resolve IT support requests effectively
- Provide remote support to staff and students
- Administer and maintain IT assets
- Set up and maintain IT hardware
- Support and troubleshoot software including Microsoft 365 and Adobe Connect
- Escalate issues to internal teams or third-party providers as required
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
Description
We are an established and expanding online education provider located in South Wales (Crickhowell) seeking an experienced IT Support Technician to join our growing IT team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to provide remote IT support to over 400 employees and 8,000 students while contributing to a range of IT operational tasks in a hands-on environment.
