Requirements

Must:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred. - Proven experience in IT support roles, with a strong understanding of both macOS and Windows operating systems. - Familiarity with Salesforce, including basic administration tasks such as user management and configuration. - Proficiency in Google Workspace (G Suite), including Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs, etc. - Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly. - Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical users effectively. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. - Solid understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc. - Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional, etc.) are a plus. - Prior experience in a customer-facing role and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues for internal users. - Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and software applications. - Collaborate with the IT team to identify and implement solutions to improve efficiency and productivity. - Assist in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce, including user management and basic configuration tasks. - Manage user accounts and permissions within Google Workspace (formerly G Suite). - Conduct training sessions for employees on software applications, IT best practices, and cybersecurity awareness. - Document IT procedures, user guides, and troubleshooting steps to create a knowledge base for future reference. - Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to provide recommendations for continuous improvement. - Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for hardware/software procurement and maintenance. - Provide after-hours support as needed for critical issues or system upgrades.

Based in our London office, we are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team. This is a first and second level support role where you will provide technical assistance to our internal users across multiple offices, including Mayfair, St. Johns Wood, and Knightsbridge. You will play a crucial part in maintaining and improving the quality of IT support we deliver.
