Requirements
Must:
We are looking for candidates who are AAT qualified and possess proven bookkeeping experience. You should have the ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures and financial records. Experience with spreadsheets and accounting software is essential, along with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and running a system for processing payments, invoices, and entering data onto Sage accounting software. You will record day-to-day financial transactions, pay supplier invoices, and complete VAT returns. Additionally, you will prepare monthly financial statements and financial reports, work with the Managing Director on forecasting, manage monthly payroll, process expense claims, and perform general accountancy duties. This is a crucial position to establish and maintain a finance system within our business.
Description
This is a full-time, permanent position with a salary range of £40,000.00 to £45,000.00 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. Our work schedule is Monday to Friday, and the position offers a hybrid remote work arrangement in Kenilworth.
