Requirements
Must:
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a closely related discipline from a leading university
- Strong professional pedigree from previous employers or institutions that are highly regarded in the industry
- A proven record of delivering high-quality engineering work
- Production-level proficiency in C++, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Python
- 3 years post-qualification experience
- Strong fundamentals and engineering best practices
- Ability to work from our office in North England on-site or hybrid (a few days per month minimum)
Responsibilities
- Work in small teams (typically 3-5 engineers) on technically complex, fast-moving projects
- Take genuine ownership of your work from day one
- Collaborate closely with team members to ensure high standards and direct communication
- Solve hard problems and build real solutions quickly
- Engage in continuous improvement and uphold engineering best practices
