Must:
We are seeking a Junior Infrastructure Engineer who possesses a strong technical foundation and a genuine eagerness to learn. You should have overall experience in an IT support role with knowledge of infrastructure, an understanding of network security solutions and appliances (including Azure firewalling, traditional firewalling, or WAF & DDoS Protection services), and excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Exposure to cloud environments, preferably Microsoft Azure, is essential. A background in administration of Active Directory, Entra, and related technologies is desirable.
Responsibilities
In your role as a Junior Infrastructure Engineer, you will provide internal and external technical support for our Conferma data center and cloud platforms. You will undertake platform networking and infrastructure administration across a geographically diverse environment and assist with project workstreams focused on platform systems and infrastructure enhancements. Your responsibilities also include monitoring all platform resources to identify potential problems and responding accordingly. You will work closely with development and CI/CD engineering teams to support solutions underpinned by cloud-first technologies, as well as provide technical support for Conferma IT systems and hardware as needed.
