Requirements
Must:
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
- Experience in software testing, including manual and automated test case design
- Familiarity with test planning, execution, and documentation
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and relevant testing tools
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Adaptable and proactive approach to work
- Experience with condition monitoring or embedded systems is advantageous but not essential
- Willingness to engage in ongoing professional development
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute test plans, including defining test strategies and identifying testing risks
- Review requirements and specifications for clarity and testability
- Design, write, and maintain manual and automated test cases
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and non-functional testing
- Set up, manage, and maintain test environments and test data
- Apply relevant testing tools and engineering principles to support product development
- Contribute to the development of automated test frameworks and scripts
- Identify issues, analyze root causes, and implement solutions
- Document defects and report testing results to stakeholders
- Collaborate effectively with engineering teams and maintain customer focus
- Support team members and allocate testing tasks when appropriate
- Stay updated on evolving technologies and testing practices
