Requirements
Must:
- Level 4 industry specific qualification
- Demonstrable working knowledge of InTune
- Demonstrable experience with platforms such as Windows Server, Office365, Google Workspace, Windows Operating System, Android, and iOS
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues
- Proficiency in computer hardware setup, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of network protocols, VPNs, LANs, DNS, and Firewalls
- Excellent communication skills to assist users with technical problems
- Resilience, flexibility, and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
- Minimum two years of experience in an IT support role
- Methodical and well organized
- Full driving licence and access to own vehicle
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for computer hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals
- Set up and manage user accounts and access permissions
- Monitor and analyze network performance, including VPN, LAN, DNS, and Firewall
- Collaborate with team members to resolve IT issues and implement solutions
- Document and track support tickets using our ticketing system, Freshdesk
- Assist with software installations and updates
- Conduct regular system maintenance tasks, such as backups and updates
