Requirements
Must:
- I am looking for a candidate with a minimum of 4 years of Business Analysis experience, preferably with a background in utilities or software implementation.
- You should be skilled in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, requirement documentation, stakeholder engagement, and SDLC processes.
- A strong communicator with a proactive and solutions-focused approach is essential.
- You must be willing to travel to client sites in the UK on a regular basis and hold a full UK driving licence.
Responsibilities
- You will lead discovery workshops to capture requirements and manage change requests throughout the SDLC.
- Your role will involve Business Analysis, user acceptance testing, and go-live activities.
- You will serve as the key link between clients and our technical teams, translating business needs into clear user stories and functional specifications.
- Act as client-facing support to guide clients through our solutions, documenting features and assisting clients with new functionality.
- Ensure that our solutions meet customer needs and drive continuous improvement.
Description
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the successful implementation of our SaaS solutions.
