Responsibilities
In this role, you will handle inbound technical support calls, efficiently resolve customer issues, and identify opportunities for service enhancement. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Technical Troubleshooting & Resolution: Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving technical issues efficiently while conveying complex technical details in understandable terms to non-technical callers.
- Customer Service & Communication: Employ effective listening and empathy to understand customer concerns, articulating solutions clearly to foster trust and satisfaction. Efficiently manage complaints by addressing issues promptly, ensuring the customers voice is heard, and implementing solutions that enhance overall customer experience and loyalty.
- Package Opportunities & Lead Generation: Recognize customer needs to strategically upsell additional beneficial products or services, utilizing relationship-building skills to enhance customer trust and open future sales avenues.
- Target-Driven & Performance Under Pressure: Consistently meet or exceed support targets, demonstrating goal orientation, resilience, and focus, even under pressure.
Description
We provide comprehensive training and development for our team members. Our trainers are dedicated to ensuring your success, giving you all the tools and guidance you need. Youll start with a detailed training program on our systems, products, and features, followed by a supportive nesting period. After nesting, youll receive ongoing on-the-job training and continuous support to promote your growth and development.
