Requirements

- Experience in IT Support is a definite plus

- Full clean driving licence
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Clear Disqualification Declaration
- DIY skills are a definite plus
- Basic knowledge of Windows 10/11, Windows Server 2019/2022/2025, Active Directory, Group Policy, general office applications (e.g., MS Office), PC hardware, printing, networks, software installation, and interactive whiteboards/projectors
Responsibilities
- Carry out all aspects of IT support for local primary schools onsite, remotely, and via phone/email
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
- Install and configure hardware
- Diagnose hardware and software faults and solve technical and applications problems
- Develop and maintain close relationships with our customers
- Visit 2 to 3 schools daily during term time and occasionally work from home
- Participate in large projects and installations during school holidays

We offer a full-time, permanent position with a salary between £24K - £29K, depending on experience, knowledge, and skills. We also offer 25 days of holiday plus 8 bank holidays annually, and a discretionary performance bonus scheme.
