- Good exposure to .NET development using RESTful Web Services/Microservices and experience with relational database management systems (RDBMS) such as SQL Server.
- Familiarity with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, Swagger).
- Experience in Agile development within a DevOps environment, embracing automation and CI/CD practices.
- Knowledge and experience of applying engineering principles for design, build, test, and deployment.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, building great working relationships and effectively influencing others.
- A strong work ethic and the ability to manage sometimes conflicting priorities.
- A curious and continuous learner who investigates, interprets, and grasps new concepts.
Responsibilities
As a Senior Developer in our Global Development API Support team, your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing technical support for our suite of .NET APIs while ensuring high availability and performance.
- Troubleshooting and resolving API-related issues reported by internal teams and external clients.
- Collaborating with other developers, QA, and DevOps to identify root causes and implement fixes.
- Writing and maintaining support documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.
- Monitoring API usage and performance metrics to proactively identify potential issues.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of support processes and tooling.
- Mentoring junior developers and contributing to code reviews and best practices.
