Requirements

Must:
- Considerable experience working as a Scrum Master with cross-functional agile teams. - In-depth knowledge and application of agile principles (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and practices. - Proven skills and knowledge in servant leadership, coaching, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, and empowerment. - Experience in supporting and creating Agile training materials for delivery teams as well as the wider organization. - Experience supporting Product Owners with creating, prioritizing, and managing backlogs.

- Facilitate scrum events to ensure they are purposeful, effective, and encourage continuous improvement. - Create a safe environment that allows each team to experiment without fear of failure, and work with the team to inspect and adapt when things don’t go according to plan. - Act as a servant-leader, guiding each team towards self-organization and promoting a collaborative culture that embraces problem solving, trust, and feedback. - Work with each team to resolve impediments to team progress, and support the removal of impediments outside of the team's control. - Possess knowledge of techniques for effective Product Goal definition and Product Backlog management to support Product Owners.

In this position, you’ll be based in our Bristol or Edinburgh office for a minimum of three days a week, with the flexibility to work from home for part of your working week.
