Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or business-minded Product Owner
- Strong background in tax, compliance, and/or regulatory reporting
- Demonstrable analytical skills with the ability to simplify and visualize complex topics
- Experience in managing complex products and services with strategic ownership
- Familiarity with software development lifecycles
- Knowledge of Confluence, Jira, and other related analysis tools
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to build long-lasting business relationships at a global scale
- Familiarity with equity compensation plans is a plus
Responsibilities
- Act as Product Owner of an Agile scrum team to execute product strategy
- Work closely with senior stakeholders to align vision and strategy
- Refine the product roadmap based on internal and external stakeholder needs
- Manage product ideas from concept to launch
- Deliver clear product communication and documentation, including marketing briefs and product updates
- Develop tax offerings, tax certification processes, and regulatory reporting obligations
- Collaborate with international teams to enhance product offerings
- Provide ongoing updates and feature descriptions to stakeholders
