Must:
We seek candidates who are deeply passionate about Information Security and eager to contribute to global vulnerability management. You should have experience working in a Risk Management or Information Security function with the ability to identify potential problems and propose possible solutions. Evidence of multiple problem-solving strategies is important, and you should be comfortable working autonomously while knowing when to seek escalation and support. Additional skills and experience include:
- Demonstrated experience in information security or relevant technical IT functions.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or similar.
- A strong understanding of security principles in OWASP, NIST, and ISO27000.
- Creative thinking when approaching new and unusual problems.
Responsibilities
In this role, you'll be supporting a variety of functions, including Third-Party Cyber Risk Management, Risk & Compliance, Policies and Standards, and Security Behaviour and Culture. You will specialize in a core discipline while also supporting wider security initiatives as needed by the business. Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing and coordinating internal and external audits, control assurance assessments, risk management activities, compliance with regulations, and third-party due diligence requests.
- Building and managing effective working relationships within governance functions, including Risk, Audit, Compliance, Legal, People, Procurement, and appropriate business lines.
- Providing leadership and input into the annual strategy and roadmap.
- Overseeing the delivery of core outsourced services and management reporting on your designated controls/services.
- Coordinating and tracking service/process maturity in your area of responsibility.
- Supporting and mentoring junior staff members.
