- Shape and assure the voice architecture across Mitel, AWS-hosted telephony, and wider cloud voice platforms
- Work closely with engineering, security, and operations teams to ensure voice services remain robust and secure
- Drive service reliability and communication resilience

We are seeking an experienced Senior Voice Architect to join our team. This mainly remote role may require occasional travel to multiple sites across the UK and the EU. You will play a crucial role in shaping the voice architecture for our clients, ensuring that our cloud-based voice services are secure and reliable.
