Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, particularly in Core HR, Compensation, and Recruiting.
- Strong understanding of HRIS architecture, data structures, and business processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, along with capabilities in documentation and cross-functional collaboration.
- Bonus points if you have experience utilizing AI to streamline internal operations.
- A degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- A solid track record in HRIS or HR application development.
Responsibilities
- Support and enhance Oracle HCM Cloud modules including Core HR, Workforce Compensation, Talent Management, ORC, and more.
- Troubleshoot, configure, and optimize systems to address evolving business needs.
- Lead testing for quarterly releases to ensure seamless user adoption.
- Build reports using OTBI, OBIEE, BI Publisher, and HCM Analytics.
- Develop integrations and HCM Extracts utilizing fast formulas.
- Leverage AI tools to automate and elevate HR processes.
