Requirements

Responsibilities
In the role of Global CRM Strategy and Journey Building Lead, I will take on key responsibilities that include customer journey planning and executing email campaigns. I will utilize data-driven reporting and lead conversion analysis to draw strategic insights from Salesforce data, ensuring engagement optimization and revenue growth.
