Requirements
Must:
- Deep technical understanding of GenAI tools, such as GPT models
- Familiarity with Agentic AI frameworks, such as Langgraph & Langchain
- Strong full stack/software engineering skills
- Proven experience in a technical leadership role
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business language
- Excellent mentoring and knowledge-sharing abilities
- Experience in designing scalable and secure solutions
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership to a team of approximately 15 Capgemini Invent technical developers
- Lead the design and architecture of solutions within your domain
- Support delivery teams through reviewing designs, code, and technical decisions
- Mentor engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence
- Engage with stakeholders to communicate technical concepts effectively
- Define and enforce governance standards and frameworks
- Act as an escalation point for complex issues
- Collaborate with product, design, and operations teams for seamless delivery
- Stay informed about emerging trends and introduce innovations relevant to your field
Description
We are excited to offer a current opportunity for a Contract Agentic AI Technical Lead on a contract basis. This hybrid position will occasionally require travel to Bristol. Our team is focused on delivering cutting-edge Agentic and GenAI products within the MOD Account, working closely in a mature AI Factory environment. We prioritize fostering a collaborative and innovative culture, providing opportunities for continuous learning and growth.
