Requirements
Must:
- Strong, practical experience with Hyper-V and virtualisation
- Proficient in Windows Server administration and troubleshooting
- Experience with Active Directory administration and group policy
- Administration of Office 365 and Microsoft 365
- Skilled in Microsoft Intune device and endpoint management
- Knowledge of Mimecast administration, email security, and continuity
- Experience with backup solutions like Veeam and/or Acronis
- Familiarity with SharePoint administration and development
- Understanding of networking fundamentals, including VLANs
- Beneficial experience supporting ISO governance and evidence gathering
- Exposure to CCTV, Access Control, or Intruder systems
Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and support secure, compliant business systems
- Own and improve core IT services across Microsoft 365 and on-prem infrastructure
- Administer and support virtualised environments, server platforms, and identity services
- Manage endpoint and device configuration for secure user experiences
- Maintain backup and recovery capability and verify successful restores
- Support governance activities and contribute towards ISO requirements
- Work with departments to improve processes and increase efficiency
- Take ownership of allocated projects and drive delivery to completion
- Maintain clear documentation and follow internal procedures and policies
