Requirements
Must:
- At least 2 years of experience in an IT support environment, preferably gained within a managed service provider/IT service environment.
- Strong Windows background.
- Strong computer/hardware configuration and installation experience.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 (including SharePoint and Teams) administration, troubleshooting, and setup.
- Excellent networking knowledge.
- Excellent knowledge of cyber security risks and mitigation techniques.
- Experience with job/ticket management systems.
- A full UK driver's license, as there may be occasions where you need to visit a client's office.
- Must be happy to work from home (Ideally, you should have experience working remotely) and have a dedicated workspace at home.
Responsibilities
- Provide phone and remote support to clients, assisting them with their day-to-day IT issues from your home office.
- Check and remediate issues raised by our remote management tool (RMM).
- Maintain a positive attitude and demonstrate a "can do" approach in all interactions.
- Engage in everyday support tasks, manage the helpdesk, and suggest improvements in our service delivery to clients.
- Participate in regular team catch-ups and events.
