Tech and Innovation Lead - South Wimbledon

We are looking for a confident communicator and project lead, adept at managing end-to-end initiatives, engaging stakeholders, and driving results. You should be able to build and maintain strong client and supplier relationships through regular collaboration and proactive communication. Being tech-savvy and curious is essential, as we embrace innovation and explore cutting-edge hospitality technology and digital solutions. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting is required, with advanced Excel skills (and ideally Power BI) to deliver clear, insightful summaries and proposals. A sound understanding of P&L management and commercial awareness will help balance financial performance with innovation. Experience in team leadership is necessary, as you will motivate and support others to deliver exceptional performance during peak operational periods. You must be highly organized and self-motivated, thriving under pressure and managing multiple priorities with precision and positivity. Flexibility and mobility are also important, as you may need to work across London (and occasionally Europe) to share best practices and stay connected with wider Levy operations.
