Must:

- Work with agile methodologies and lean thinking methods.
- Active learner, both within your technical and professional area of expertise.
Responsibilities
- Work with Product Managers, Engineering Managers, and Engineering Leadership to design solutions, considering technical and operational trade-offs.
- Interact with cross-functional engineering teams to improve efficiency and reduce bottlenecks.
- Take responsibility for key aspects of the development lifecycle, from design to implementation, testing, security, and maintenance.
- Ensure testing and security standards are well embedded into the software the team produces.
- Actively participate in a community of practice for engineering to develop and share knowledge.
- Lead design reviews, prototyping new technology, and evaluating technical feasibility with peers and colleagues.
- Address all aspects of technology and service readiness.
- Effectively participate in the teams software development methodologies, such as pairing, code and documentation reviewing, and continuous delivery.
- Mentor other members of the team.
