We are looking for a skilled Shopify Developer with strong experience in Shopify development, including Liquid, theme customization, and app integrations. You should be proficient in open-source coding with skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, or similar technologies. Additionally, you must have the ability to build websites from scratch while managing multiple web properties, along with strong technical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills. A high attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving are essential, as is the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
As our Shopify Developer, you will maintain, optimize, and enhance our existing Shopify stores. Youll build new websites, storefronts, and landing pages using Shopify and open-source frameworks, custom-coding Shopify themes, templates, and features. Your role will involve implementing and configuring third-party integrations, apps, and payment gateways, while ensuring fast load speeds, strong site security, and full mobile optimization. You will also diagnose and resolve technical issues across all company websites. In addition to Shopify development, youll build and maintain in-house websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, or similar technologies, developing custom web functionality where required and improving site architecture and overall user experience. Collaboration with product and sales teams to deliver technical web solutions will be key, along with monitoring website analytics to identify technical opportunities for improvement.
Description
This full-time position offers a salary range of £45,000 - £50,000, depending on experience, and is based in a hybrid working environment, requiring you to be in the office 2-3 days per week.
