Requirements
Must:
- Experience working within an IT Service Delivery environment
- Certified in AZ-900, MS-900, or SC-900 (or relevant certifications) would be a bonus
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Intune, Teams, and licensing administration
- Understanding of PIM, PAM, RBAC, and Identity Governance within Microsoft Entra
- Experience using ServiceNow or similar call management systems
- Awareness of ITIL frameworks and working to SLAs
- Understanding of hybrid, on-premises, and cloud environments
- Strong communication skills and customer service focus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team
- Attention to detail and commitment to data security
Responsibilities
- Support user account creation, administration, transfers, and deletions in line with security, GDPR, and retention policies
- Ensure Service Requests are completed accurately and within agreed deadlines
- Assist with device allocation, pre-staging, configuration, and delivery to users
- Monitor licence and stock levels to maintain service continuity
- Create and update procedures in SharePoint and publish Knowledge Base Articles in ServiceNow
- Support processing of 3rd Party Requests for Access (RFAs), ensuring protocol and approval standards are followed
- Work collaboratively with Senior Analysts and 3rd line teams to onboard new processes
- Contribute to UAT activities and automation initiatives
- Operate within PIM, PAM, and RBAC models in Microsoft Entra (Azure AD)
- Maintain high-quality ticket documentation aligned to ITIL and Cantium standards
- Follow ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 standards and uphold data security responsibilities
