Requirements
Must:
- Educated to a minimum of Level 2 (GCSE or equivalent) including English and Maths.
- ITIL Foundation qualification (or willingness to obtain).
- Experience in data management, validation, and application support.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident communicator, able to adapt communication style to suit different audiences.
- Experience of working in a customer-focused or service-oriented environment.
- Advanced Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
- Knowledge of change control, configuration management, and GDPR principles.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and functional support to maintain and enhance our management systems.
- Assist with projects, including testing and implementation of new system features and changes.
- Conduct data validation, quality checks, and reconciliation to maintain data integrity.
- Produce accurate management reports, performance data, and ad hoc analysis.
- Create and update documentation such as training materials, user guides, and e-learning content.
- Manage user access, system licensing, and permissions in line with policies.
- Support system change control processes, including configuration and testing activities.
- Act as a first point of triage for incidents and service requests, escalating as required.
- Liaise with external suppliers to report, track, and resolve software issues.
- Ensure all data management activities adhere to GDPR and internal policies.

We are looking for a detail-driven Systems Management Data Analyst to join Cantium Business Solutions, based in a hybrid working environment at Kings Hill. This position offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge management systems, ensuring data integrity, compliance, and seamless service delivery across our dynamic organization. As part of Commercial Services Group (CSG), we provide high-quality back-office and IT services to various public sector customers. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining and improving the accuracy, functionality, and integrity of our management systems. By supporting data governance and ensuring compliance with GDPR, you’ll help us achieve operational excellence. In return for your dedication, we offer a salary of £25,238 per annum, 25 days of annual leave (plus your birthday off), life assurance cover, a pension scheme with up to 6% employer contribution, and additional benefits including discounts and a comprehensive wellbeing programme.
