Business Analyst / Product Owner

As the Product Owner / Business Analyst, I will expect you to define and maintain a clear product roadmap for patient-facing and clinician-facing digital tools. You will translate strategic objectives into actionable user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria while prioritizing and managing the product backlog to balance user needs, compliance, and delivery timelines. Your role will include representing the user’s voice throughout design and development, ensuring that the products are accessible, simple, and secure. You will lead requirement-gathering workshops with clinicians, patients, developers, and regulatory teams, capturing and documenting detailed business and technical requirements while ensuring compliance with standards such as GDPR. Mapping and optimizing patient journeys and operational workflows will be essential, alongside collaborating with engineering teams to implement both functional and non-functional requirements effectively. As a key figure, you will partner with clinical leads, compliance officers, and technology teams to balance innovation with safety and governance, facilitating workshops and playback sessions to foster alignment and shared understanding. Your ability to translate complex healthcare processes into clear, testable requirements will be vital in ensuring timely and quality delivery with development, QA, and operations teams.
