Requirements
Must:
- Proven, hands-on experience delivering Sage X3 implementations.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing and/or distribution environments.
- Confidence to operate in a senior, visible position spanning both strategy and technical delivery.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics to non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to thrive in a dynamic project environment.
- Passion for continuous learning and best-practice sharing.
Responsibilities
- Act as the central conduit between external Sage consultants and internal leaders, ensuring the solution meets strategic business needs.
- Support the reengineering of business processes to align with Sage X3s native capabilities and reduce unnecessary customization.
- Lead data migration efforts, including resolving data quality issues, modeling complex datasets, and managing reconciliation.
- Champion internal knowledge sharing and train users across various business functions to drive strong adoption.
- Own the post-go-live product roadmap to ensure the organization maximizes its investment in Sage X3.
- Translate business requirements into clear solution designs and lead configuration of Sage X3 modules.
- Serve as the escalation point for complex support issues, providing expert-level guidance.
- Stay up-to-date with Sage X3 developments, industry trends, and new capabilities.
Description
We are currently recruiting for an exceptional Sage X3 Product Owner to join our team in the UK as we undertake a major ERP transformation. This pivotal, high-visibility role will enable you to act as the key link between internal stakeholders and Sage X3 functional consultants, driving successful implementation and long-term optimization of the platform. Youll be shaping a major transformation program from the ground up, owning the product roadmap post-implementation, and working closely with senior leaders and specialist consultants. This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to combine deep Sage X3 expertise with strategic product ownership.
