Requirements
Must:
- Relevant experience in security engineering/architecture, particularly with Salesforce and Marketing Cloud/Data Cloud.
- Hands-on security design experience for API-led integration (MuleSoft) and headless CMS (Amplience).
- Deep knowledge of IAM/SSO/OIDC/SAML, OAuth 2.0/JWT, PKI/mTLS, KMS/HSM, Vault, TLS, WAF, DLP, SIEM/SOAR, and Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA).
- Proven track record in GDPR compliance and experience with HIPAA or PCI DSS, including DPIA/TRA and audit evidence management.
- Strong documentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
Responsibilities
- Define reference security architecture across Salesforce, Amplience CMS, MuleSoft, and legacy systems, creating patterns for zero-trust, API security, and data protection.
- Design enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) with IdP integration, SCIM provisioning, lifecycle controls, and secret management.
- Implement Salesforce Shield, Event Monitoring, Transaction Security Policies, and secure configurations for Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Amplience, and MuleSoft.
- Map data flows, define Record of Processing Activities (ROPA), and embed privacy-by-design controls aligned with GDPR, HIPAA, and PCI DSS.
- Integrate security practices into delivery pipelines, including SAST/DAST, Infrastructure as Code scanning, Software Bill of Materials (SBOM) generation, and secure release governance.
- Build detection use cases, integrate logs into SIEM, and establish Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and threat modeling frameworks.
- Chair Security Design Reviews, lead threat modeling workshops, and ensure control testing and remediation tracking.
