Responsibilities
- Own the Program Delivery: I expect you to take charge of end-to-end delivery across multiple workstreams. Youll establish governance, reporting, and ensure timelines and budgets are met while driving Agile-at-Scale for maximum efficiency.
- Be the Client’s Trusted Partner: You will act as the primary liaison for senior stakeholders, building strong relationships, aligning with strategic objectives, and leading executive-level reporting and steering committees.
- Shape the Solution: Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams to ensure technical excellence. Youll oversee the integration of Salesforce Commerce Cloud with headless architecture components.
- Manage the Numbers: Handle budgets exceeding $10M, forecasts, and profitability while ensuring contract compliance and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Lead Change: Anticipate risks, implement mitigation strategies, and drive change management for the smooth adoption of new capabilities.
