Requirements
Must:
- Deep understanding of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and digitization
- Experience in developing BPO solutions in partnership with various stakeholders
- Hands-on participation in solution and content development
- Ability to understand business process challenges in key industries
- Significant international experience with global service delivery models
- Excellent public speaking and presentation skills suitable for C-level buyers
- Ability to create compelling sales storylines and presentations for executives
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and work independently
- Client-facing Global Business Services project experience preferred
- Understanding of technology solutions as they affect business operations
- Existing strong relationships with industry analysts and potential C-level buyers preferred
- Experience working in a virtual home/office environment preferred
- Experience in selling Public Sector domain in BPO/Consulting services
- Executive-level interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to expand customer relationships and understand their business
- Ability to meet annual sales target of 20M TCV
- Preferred degrees include CPA, MBA, or advanced degree in a related field
Responsibilities
- Define and improve the go-to-market plans, offerings, and value propositions
- Drive sales and pipeline development
- Build strong internal relationships with Cognizants UKI MCU & MDU leadership
- Focus on growing the IOA business within Europe by winning new deals
- Develop and execute a growth plan for Products & Resources domain
- Manage opportunity pipeline and qualify high priority deals
- Work with IOA and UKI MCU teams to identify prospects and create marketing plans
- Understand customer needs and translate them into winning proposals
- Partner with IOA solution architects and delivery teams to create effective deal solutions
- Develop creative deal shapes and pricing proposals for sales pursuits
- Build relationships across CXO levels in client organizations
- Develop disruptive propositions to win renewal deals with potential customers

Located in London, UK, this role involves weekly travel based on customer and prospect needs. Our IOA business unit is one of Cognizants highest growth areas, and we are committed to expanding our presence in the UKI region. As part of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and business development in a high-growth environment.
