Requirements
Must:
- Experience in Dynamics 365 CE capabilities (Customer Service, Sales) and Power Platform.
- Experience leading business discussions with customers for project discovery and business process mapping.
- Experience managing discussions around business requirements, product backlog refinement, and user expectation management in Agile projects.
- Solid experience working in an Agile team to develop system/product designs based on user requirements and specify these as user stories.
- Ability to write clear, testable user stories using Gherkin acceptance criteria.
- Experience managing Agile delivery teams and a team of business analysts.
- Understanding of design and configuration in Dynamics 365.
- In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform, including fitment analysis of customer requirements.
- Knowledge of performance tuning possibilities in Dynamics 365 implementations.
- Experience collaborating with business stakeholders for data integration and migration activities that can guide a development team.
- Capability to estimate Dynamics CRM project requirements.
- Knowledge of multiple components of responding to RFPs/RFIs and leading RFP responses for greenfield/enhancement/support D365 engagements.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and understanding of DevOps project implementation.
