- Must have SC clearance.
- In-depth understanding of identity and access management concepts, including authentication, authorization, and directory services.
- Experience with Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), OAuth, OpenID Connect, and SAML.
- Proficiency in designing and implementing complex identity solutions that integrate with diverse applications and systems.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in the design, development, and implementation of ForgeRock/PING-based identity and access management solutions.
- Working knowledge in Java, J2EE, OpenAM, OpenDJ, and OpenIDM (ForgeRock IAM skills).
- Experience with Groovy scripting.
- Hands-on development/integration experience with ForgeRock/Ping tools, such as OpenAM and OpenIDM.
- Experience with OpenIDM development, including user provisioning, profile synchronization, and workflow.
- Knowledge of AD, LDAP, and database integration.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement identity and access management solutions using the ForgeRock Identity Platform that meet our clients needs and adhere to industry best practices.
- Customize and configure ForgeRock components for seamless integration with existing systems and applications.
- Implement Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and other authentication and authorization mechanisms.
- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and validation of the ForgeRock solutions to ensure compliance with quality and security standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ForgeRock configurations, integrations, and customizations.
- Collaborate with DevOps and operations teams to ensure smooth deployment and operation of ForgeRock components in production environments.
- Provide technical documentation and training for team members and clients about the usage, maintenance, and troubleshooting of ForgeRock solutions.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies related to identity and access management.
