Must:
We are looking for candidates with strong leadership and team management abilities across geographies. Candidates should have in-depth experience in managing IT infrastructure services and cloud services, preferably Azure, AWS, or GCP. Experience in data center operations is also essential. A solid knowledge of ITIL processes and service management tools, preferably ServiceNow, is required. The ability to handle client communication and relationship management at senior levels is crucial. Strong analytical skills for performance monitoring and metrics analysis are needed, along with experience in process improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, Lean, etc., desirable). Proficiency in cost optimization techniques and budgeting is important, and an understanding of automation and AI implementation in IT services is a plus. We value excellent collaboration and cross-functional teamwork skills.
Responsibilities
As a Cloud Delivery Manager, I will lead IT service delivery for infrastructure teams across various domains such as Network, Cloud, Storage, Backup and Recovery, Database, and ServiceNow. I will manage large-scale, geographically distributed teams in Data Center and Cloud Competency. Ensuring that delivery meets SLAs and is within defined timelines and budgets will be paramount. I will oversee end-to-end cloud service delivery to clients, ensuring timely resolutions, adherence to SLAs, and customer satisfaction. Regular and effective communication with clients will be integral, as I will share updates, address issues, and provide improvement recommendations. Analyzing service performance metrics to identify and resolve issues will be essential. Additionally, I will drive the integration of cloud services with the overall IT infrastructure for optimized performance, working across various teams to resolve service delivery issues efficiently, ensuring seamless coordination between departments and stakeholders. I will also design and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency while leveraging automation, AI, and innovation in service delivery. Staying up to date with industry trends and technological advancements will be crucial as I utilize emerging technologies in cloud and AI for service transformation. Identifying and implementing service improvements to reduce costs will be part of my role, along with using automation and innovation to drive down the cost index.
