Requirements
Must:
- Completed Bachelors degree, preferably in a quantitative discipline including regular work with Python and data analysis tools
- Grade 5 in GCSE Mathematics or equivalent
- Grade 4 in GCSE English Language or equivalent
- Must have been ordinarily resident in the UK for the 3 years prior to the start of the apprenticeship
- Hands-on expertise with machine learning models, proficiency in Python/R and visualization tools like Tableau/Power BI/SAP
- Proficient with statistics and linear algebra
- Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Passion for continuous learning and self-improvement
- Experience in data analytics, primary and secondary market research, data reporting & visualization, and forecasting/modelling
- Familiarity with AI/ML and data science approaches
- Demonstrated project management skills
- Fluency in English (written & spoken)
- Preferred knowledge in the pharma industry or healthcare in the UK
Responsibilities
- Support the team in collecting, studying, and interpreting data to produce valuable insights for brands and operations
- Assist in the execution of analytics reporting, including advanced analytics/data science and modeling
- Collaborate on the delivery of predictive modeling and machine learning as needed
- Monitor portfolio performance and deliver effective performance measurement solutions
- Support data modeling and forecasting needs
- Contribute to the advancement of CE&O capabilities and assist in knowledge management
- Facilitate best practice sharing
- Engage commercial counterparts in utilizing analytical tools and recommending adoption
Description
