Must:
We are looking for a UX Designer with proven experience in web and mobile applications. You should have a strong portfolio that showcases your UX design process, problem-solving skills, and ability to create user-centered designs. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar is essential. Exceptional communication and presentation skills are necessary, as you'll need to articulate design concepts and rationale effectively. You should possess a solid understanding of UX principles, methodologies, and best practices, and be capable of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript will be an advantage.
Responsibilities
As a UX Designer at CODER, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our digital products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including members from client services and the creative team, to create seamless, user-centered designs that align with our business goals and meet our customers' needs. Key responsibilities will include researching, analyzing, and understanding user needs, behaviors, and expectations to identify opportunities for improving user experience; creating user personas, journey maps, and storyboards; designing wireframes, prototypes, and mockups; collaborating closely with UI designers and developers; conducting usability tests; and continuously staying up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies.
