Requirements
Must:
- 1-2 years of experience in a 1st/2nd line IT support role
- Experience in desktop build and software installation
- Familiarity with MS365 applications, including SharePoint
- Knowledge of troubleshooting errors and installing software
- Experience providing hardware support for laptops, PCs, and networking/wireless networks
- Understanding of Active Directory and Group Policy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Keen interest in IT and high attention to detail
- Valid driving license and own transport
Responsibilities
- Manage, maintain, support, and develop the ICT infrastructure
- Ensure effective and efficient operation in conjunction with external companies
- Provide hands-on support with lots of customer contact in an education setting
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly
- Conduct desktop builds and install necessary software
- Provide hardware support for laptops and PCs
- Travel to other sites around Coventry as required
