Requirements
Must:
- Two years plus of experience in an IT service desk environment
- Good technical skills in Windows 11
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365
- Experience with hardware support (desktop, laptop, printers)
- Knowledge of anti-virus/firewalls and patching
- Full driving license
- Desire and aptitude for leadership and team management
Responsibilities
- Provide 1st and 2nd line support on the IT Service Desk
- Mentor one member of the team
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Assist with hardware and software installations
- Maintain IT service desk documentation
- Train and develop skills within the team
Description
