Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience as the sole IT Project Manager for an SME.
- Demonstrated ability to lead transformation and change projects involving data.
- Prior experience running a discovery phase and overseeing the PID and implementation of a new system.
- Experience in managing third-party suppliers.
- Proficiency in both agile and waterfall methodologies.
- Strong communication, leadership, and persuasive skills.
- Must be able to commute to Greenwich and be on-site five days a week.
- Availability to start at the beginning of January 2026.
Responsibilities
- Take charge of two key projects: one underway and one at inception.
- Lead a major data governance project via a third party, ensuring compliance of all data handling and storage using Teams and SharePoint.
- Coordinate communication across all departments for the data governance project, including structured training rollout and assisted onboarding.
- Oversee the replacement of the Finance system, which includes producing a comprehensive PID, data migration, implementation, UAT, process documentation, and training.
