Requirements
Must:
We are looking for an individual with at least three years of experience leading a support team. This hands-on role requires proficiency in Microsoft OS, M365, SQL, VMware, and Veeam, along with some networking knowledge. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement abilities are essential, along with a proven track record in delivering infrastructure projects. You must be commutable to Northwich, as this role is hybrid, requiring two days a week in the office.
Responsibilities
As the IT Infrastructure Manager, you will oversee a team of seven, including three 1st/2nd line support analysts. You will manage all day-to-day operations of the helpdesk and infrastructure support, serving as a 3rd line escalation point for the team. Additionally, you will lead and manage infrastructure projects for both our UK and international offices while ensuring optimal system performance with a focus on service delivery. Your hands-on skills in MS365, VMWare, Servers, and Networking will be essential as you share knowledge and develop the team.
