Requirements
Must:
- Development team management and leadership experience, including planning, sprints, mentoring, and support
- Strong AI, LLM & Agentic experience
- Extensive process automation experience
- Hands-on development skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, and Python
- Strong business engagement experience at all levels
Responsibilities
- Guide the development teams to create a roadmap for advancing digital technology
- Lead a team of three and coordinate with external development companies and systems providers
- Take a hands-on approach to coding and creating new prototypes using vibe coding
- Implement new and replacement systems with third-party partners
- Identify areas for productivity improvements through systems, automation, and AI across various business functions
- Establish a solid data foundation to ensure one version of the truth
- Collaborate closely with the management team to drive ideas forward and adapt quickly to changes
