Requirements
Must:
- Hands-on experience in systems engineering
- Proficiency in coding, particularly in Python
- Knowledge of electronic engineering and PCB design
- Familiarity with design and automation software, preferably Altium
- Understanding of embedded systems
- Strong communication skills to liaise between product owners and engineering teams
- Desire to work in an innovative environment
Responsibilities
- Produce system level requirements for various new products
- Collaborate with firmware developers, mechanical engineers, and electronic engineers
- Oversee the development process from initial design through to testing
- Ensure final validation and compliance of products
Description
We are a family-run company based on the coast of the New Forest, offering a supportive and friendly team environment. Our team works on cutting-edge new products, and we provide a hybrid work setup with 2-3 days in-office per week. We offer a competitive salary ranging from £45,000 to £60,000, along with benefits including pension, 25 days holiday, and on-site parking.
