Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience as an IT 1st / 2nd Line IT Support Analyst
- Strong knowledge of Lenovo and Dell hardware
- Proficiency with the Microsoft 365 Platform
- Experience with Logitech Video Conferencing tools
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Windows 11
- Strong problem-solving skills for diagnosing and resolving technical issues
- Excellent communication skills for customer service orientation
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Lenovo and Dell hardware including laptops, monitors, and related peripherals
- Support incidents and training requests related to the Microsoft 365 Platform, including Teams
- Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft Teams and Logitech Video Conferencing platforms
- Document and track all incidents and service requests using our IT service management system
- Collaborate with the IT team to escalate more complex issues and ensure swift resolution
Description
We are a well-established and expanding company based in Warrington, recognized for our excellent quality and service. Our IT support team plays a crucial role in maintaining our reputation by delivering exceptional support across multiple sites in the UK. This contract position offers a competitive day rate of £200 to £220 for a duration of 6 weeks, with an immediate start in January.
