Requirements
Must:
- Strong experience in 1st and 2nd line support, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in IT troubleshooting for both software and hardware issues.
- Experience using a ticketing system, specifically Service Now, to manage IT cases.
- Ability to set up laptops/desktops for new joiners and assist with hardware/software changes in an office setting.
- Strong general IT knowledge with the capacity to learn bespoke systems quickly.
- Must have a valid driver's license and own vehicle.
- Must live locally to Sittingbourne and be immediately available or have a maximum notice period of one week.
- This role is deemed to be inside IR35.
Responsibilities
- Provide both remote and desk-side support across two main sites within our large manufacturing company.
- Manage calls and support tickets effectively through the Service Now helpdesk platform.
- Assist in setting up IT equipment for new employees and provide ongoing support for hardware/software changes.
